Pecron ep3800
My generator plus is a great place and people to purchase from. Josh answered questions about items that I had previously purchased a helped me understand things that I didn't. I could have saved 5% ordering from Pecron but dealing with people you trust means more than a little bit of money! I hope this helps someone and Thanks to Josh for all the help

I ordered a bluetti solar panel(s) from Generator Plus. Not only did I get the panel for at least $50 bucks cheaper than Home Depot (exact same panel) but the customer service was exemplary. Josh reached out immediately after the order, kept me apprised of when it would be delivered and even - I think - made a point to expedite the order knowing that I was planning a trip in the near future. In these times when customer service has all but disappeared, GeneratorPlus and Josh truly shine. I would highly recommended buying from GP. Great crew. ...just saying.

We ordered two batteries from My Generator Plus, and although both have been delayed a few weeks, their customer service has been excellent. They’ve been very responsive, kept us updated, and have been great to work with throughout the process. We really appreciate the communication and would gladly do business with them again.
